Directions: Remove cap. Push up from the bottom of the deodorant until desired amount is exposed. Apply to dry underarm. Apply daily. May repeat as needed.

***If switching from an aluminum based deodorant to our non aluminum based deodorant, please allow at least 2 weeks for your body to adjust.
